Contributing to The Krten Collection

Want to make sure that your old minicomputer goes to a Good Home? Browse through the webpages here; you'll see that we lovingly restore old minicomputers, and then exhibit them on our website.

We're currently looking for the items listed here.

We gladly accept donations of most DEC minicomputers, peripherals, documentation, media, books, schematics, paper tape, etc. For items we don't yet have, we're certainly happy to pay for shipping, and can also trade some other DEC parts, books, (or even some QNX books if you're interested in that sort of thing). We will make any paper tapes and scannable documentation that we can available on the web for all to see/use.

In some cases, we will purchase items. We've purchased most of our systems for between US$100 to US$450 depending on the system and the quality. Our goal is to preserve these items in a running state, and document them on this website.
