This webpage contains a master index for the following paper tapes:
All paper tapes in BIN format have been verified against the checksum on the tape.
An automatic reverse-assembly of the tapes is also provided, courtesy of the d8tape program,
available on this website.
If there are any tapes missing, or you can help with the names, please contact me.
These documents have been obtained from my own personal collection, as well as extensive searches on the net.
